1. I forgot my Nickname or password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your Nickname or password, first look at all acknowledgement
letters sent from our site, it is possible that among them you will find
chosen Nickname and password sent to you the time of registration.
If not, you can receive the information by pressing the link " Forgot
Password? " Located under fields of input "Nickname" and
"Password", then to enter the necessary information. It can
be or your E-mail or Nickname and we shall send you Nickname and password
on e-mail, to the address that you specified at registration.
2. I want to change my password? What do I do?
If you want to change the password, (for example, to a more easily remembered
one?).
For this purpose it is necessary:
1. Login on your Nickname and password
2. Then go to the page " Update my profile " and in each of
the input fields "New password" and "Confirm password "
enter your new password, then be sure to confirm your change by pressing
the button " update profile " on the bottom of page.
3. I want to change my e-mail address? What do I do?
To change your e-mail address it is necessary follow all the steps, as
in item 2, but with the difference, that you will change input fields
"New E-mail" and "Confirm E-mail".
4. What if it says my password is incorrect?
Try re-typing your password once again, it is possible you simply mistyped
it, and also check if your "Caps Lock" is set off on your keyboard,
or if an alternate alphabet has been selected on your keyboard. If all
above listed has not helped, see the instructions above for the forgotten
password and it will be e-mailed to you at your registered email address.
5. Why have I not added to the search & browse?
1. We have not yet checked your profile and it is not open for
viewing, the verification check may requires some time up to 72 hours.
Please wait for some time and try again.
2. Yours profile is closed for viewing by our employees for the reason,
that your description or the photos do not meet our requirements for acceptability.
In such cases as this, check on your email for a letter with a notice
and request to make necessary changes.
